If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days.
  • Your item has not been used and is in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item is in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only normal priced items can be refunded
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only items can be refunded at normal price, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an email to [email protected] and send your article to: Juan Domingo 12B, Calle Buen Samaritano, Guaynabo PR 00966.

 

Presents

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the donor received the order for shipment later, we will send the donor a refund and they will hear of your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to: Juan Domingo 12B, Calle Buen Samaritano, Guaynabo PR 00966.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
